Mobley earns two awards in 2012 Parade of Homes
TAMPA,FLA. – A pair of executive residences by Tampa-based Mobley Housing Group walked off with high honors for the 2012 Tampa Bay Parade of Homes during the recent awards ceremony in Tampa.
Sponsored by the Tampa Bay Builders Association, this year’s parade considered nearly 90 entries from Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas and Hernando counties, according to company president Tim Mobley. Judges for the Parade of Homes considered curb appeal, design, materials, outdoor living spaces, architectural detailing and workmanship.
Mobley earned a coveted Merit Award for homes priced $501,000-$550,000 with its Nantucket V in Bassett Creek at K-Bar Ranch in northern Hillsborough County. The 3,712-square-foot home features four bedrooms, four baths, a study, bonus room and three-car garage. It is base-priced from $355,900 including homesite.
Also earning a Merit Award was Mobley’s Briarwood in Bassett Creek at K-Bar Ranch, a 3,321-square-foot home with five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a den, bonus room and two-car garage. It is base-priced from $273,900 including homesite.
